Houseperson
Alys Beach is seeking an experienced Houseperson to join our team. The Houseperson is responsible for the daily delivering of linens, transportation of teams, and basic janitorial duties as assigned.
Job Responsibilities
- Linen delivery to and from homes.
- Removing all solid linens and garbage from homes.
- Load and start dishwashers.
- Bed making.
- Courtyard/exterior window cleaning.
- Deliver supplies to offices and/or public areas.
- Put away deliveries.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures in homes.
- Assist in putting away linens.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently.
- Have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Essential Job Functions
- Ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing less than or 50lbs without assistance.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and/or weekends.
- Time-management and communication (written and verbal) skills.
Preferred Skills
- Previous houseperson experience.
