First came Piper's... You know, that little blue-and-white food cart that serves up hotdogs, nachos, cold wrap sandwiches and Italian ice?
But a new dining option rolls into Alys Beach this week: Charlie’s Donut Truck.
Charlie’s Donut Truck will sell super-fresh donuts and pastries (delivered daily from Charlie's bakery), plus hot coffee, cold drinks and more.
The truck is actually converted Sunbeam Bread truck that's undergone a major (and fun!) facelift, and most days it'll be parked on the west side of our town amphitheater.
Starting this week, Charlie’s Donut Truck will be open every day from 6:30am until Noon... or until he sells out of donuts! =)

The event will feature a wet bounce house with slide, family-friendly games, live music and an Aloha Polynesian Revue, complete with Hawaiian dancers!
