On Saturday, June 11, the coastal community  of Alys Beach will lend its iconic white walls to be the screen on which works of digital art will be projected for the fourth-annual Digital Graffiti Festival.

Digital artists from across the globe will gather for one night to showcase their talents on various sites around Alys Beach and congregate at the Caliza Poolside party afterwards.

Prior to the event, guests are encouraged to gather at the Quality Imports BMW Red Carpet and Social Photo Station at Fonville Press from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. Wine, beer, tapas, and champagne will be available for purchase.

Once darkness falls, the town will be set aglow as artists compete for over $10,000 worth of combined prize money. Works will be judged in five categories including Best of Show, Judge's Choice, Most Innovative/Experimental Submission, Best Local Submission, and Best Animated Submission.

Following the displays, the Caliza Pool in Alys beach will be the site of the after-party. World-class DJs, DJ Metro and DJ Speed will duel. Sketch projection artist, Shantell Martin, and digital light painter, Mateo M, will illuminate the after party while the DJs battle back and forth - all while their works of digital art are projected onto the pool and its surrounding walls.

One wall will feature an interactive exhibit to let festival patrons try their hand at making their own digital graffiti, complete with "digital" spray paint and tools.

Food and drink kiosks will be set up throughout the event.

Adult tickets are $25 in advance and $35 the day of the event. Children's tickets (12 and under) may be purchased for $5 in advance or $10 the day of the event.
