This special evening is a collaboration between old friends: Raw & Juicy’s Jenifer Kuntz, filmmaker Arix Zalace, and Erik Miller, owner and winemaker of the renowned Kokomo Winery of Sonoma’s Dry Creek Valley. From their shared passion for responsibly sourced ingredients, minimal intervention growing and production practices, and with an eye on sustainability, this friendly collaboration will highlight regenerative agriculture and the forging of connection with farmers by sourcing from regenerative farm White Oak Pastures, local purveyors Goat Island Farm, and Ange Organic. Prepared by Jenifer Kuntz of Raw & Juicy, Hunter Davis of The Dish and The Spoon and Odd Pelican Brewery, and Christin Gruber, the relaxed and creative four-course dinner will thoughtfully pair the regional gastronomy with the natural wines of Kokomo’s Breaking Bread. See menu here.
The dining experience will be accompanied by live music and the screening of a short film by AZA Productions chronicling the harvest and production of the featured boutique natural wines of Breaking Bread (dry farming, organic and sustainable grapes, minimal intervention, terroir forward, native yeasts). We invite you to join in for a celebration of the land and its bounty with good food, good wine, and good company.
