On Saturday, September 5th, you can experience authentic Moroccan fare being prepared in Studio b's kitchen from 4:30 - 6:30pm. You'll learn to prepare and present preserved lemons, eggplant caviar, and marinated olives, plus you'll learn all about Moroccan spices, salts and unique oils... and you'll even enjoy a delightful pomegranate aperitif!
Then on Sunday, September 6th, experience an amazing event called, Tagines Just Landed at Caliza Pool.
You'll learn how to make the most
delectable Moroccan dishes in this most versatile of cooking vessel: The Tagine. Learn to slow-cook braises of chicken, lamb or fish with dried fruits, spices or vegetables. The special menu includes Chicken Tagine with preserved lemons, olives, and fresh coriander, Kefta (spicy Moroccan meatballs), Berber Omelettes, and Moroccan spiced infused cocktails, among many other exotic delicacies.This very special event will be held from 5:00pm - 7:30om, with a candlelight dinner to follow!
