We hope you've already heard the buzz about the upcoming 30A Songwriters Festival, which will take place January 15 - 17, 2010. Over 50 songwriters will converge in Walton County over Martin Luther King, Jr. weekend to perform, create, network and enjoy our beautiful beach communities.
Some of the confirmed artists that we are thrilled to announce are Emily Saliers of the Indigo Girls, Jeffrey Steele, Sam Bush, John Oates, Shawn Mullins, Michelle Malone, Rodney Crowell, Chely Wright, Joe Leathers, Suzi Ragsdale and many, many more. We will also feature up and coming songwriters from around the country, along with local songwriters like Donnie Sundal, the guys from Dread Clampitt and Reed Waddle. Venues such as Alys Beach, Bluz, Stinky's, the Seaside Repertory Theatre, and the Rosemary Beach Town Hall will host three nights of incredible, intimate music experiences. (Bud & Alley's will host the Friday afternoon kick-off event, sponsored by BMI.)
