The primary suite with a king-sized bed is located off the family room and also provides direct access to the balcony. The two additional bedrooms, one with a king-sized bed and the other with a queen-sized bed feature private bathrooms and have views to the East. Each of these bedrooms opens to a small balcony with additional outdoor seating. Finally, in an alcove in the main hallway, there is one set of bunk beds for additional sleeping. Parking for this residence is one designated space in a parking court located behind the building.
