Originally from Franklin, TN, Mary Kay vacationed on beautiful 30A her entire life, ultimately moving here in 2003. With a Bachelors in Historic Preservation and a Masters in Urban and Regional Planning, she closely followed the development of Alys Beach since its beginning and recognized it to be one of the most iconic examples of New Urbanism in the country. She is honored to assist families become part of such a beautiful community, where they can make lifelong memories in such a unique environment.
