Happy Hour at Home

Open the windows, mix up a signature cocktail (stop by NEAT for your supplies), and let the sound of the Gulf breeze mingle with the newest Alys Beach playlist to set the soundtrack for your evening.
- 01.Grapefruit Bellini
- .5 oz Giffard Pamplemousse Liqueur
- 1.5 oz Grapefruit Juice
- .25 oz Campari Sparkling Rosé (We recommend Estalado Sparkling Rosé for its dry and crisp flavor.)
- *Shake all ingredients, except sparkling wine, with ice. Strain into champagne glass, fill with sparkling rosé. Garnish with a grapefruit peel twist or grapefruit slice.
02. The Classic Negroni
1 oz Gin (We recommend Uncle Val’s for a fragrant, botanical flavor.)
1 oz Cocchi Vermouth di Torino
1 oz Campari
*Stir all ingredients with ice. Strain into a rocks glass with a large ice large cube if available. Express orange peel over top and leave in the glass as garnish.
1 oz Plantation Pineapple Rum (Most amber rums will be suitable for this cocktail, but this rum has such a wonderful essence of pineapple that really lends to
the drink's overall flavor.)
1 oz Lemon Juice
.75 oz Aperol
.75 oz Orange Juice
.5 oz Angostura Bitters
.25 oz Orgeat
*Shake all ingredients with ice, strain into coupe glass. Express orange twist over top of drink and leave twist as garnish.
