Our dedicated, knowledgeable team of concierges are the portal to private air travel arrangements and luxury transfers, grocery stocking and meal delivery services, restaurant line-holds and reservations, a bevy of custom private experiences from the family-oriented to the adult-centered, private in-home chef-prepared dinners to sandcastle building workshops.

Frequently Asked Questions
Concierge services are a complimentary amenity for Alys Beach guests and homeowners. There is no additional planning fee for our assistance. Any experiences, services, or third-party vendors we arrange on your behalf will be conveniently added to your reservation for ease and simplicity.
We are happy to assist with dining recommendations and availability checks. If a restaurant requires a credit card to secure a reservation, guests will need to book directly. ZUMA and Caliza Pool hours, including lunch service times, are provided in your arrival materials and are subject to seasonal changes.
Bicycles and beach chairs are rented separately and are not provided in the homes. Please contact the Concierge team for current pricing and the rental registration form. The first and last day of bike rentals are not charged, allowing for flexibility with arrival and departure. Caliza Pool chairs are available on a first-come, first-served basis; reservations are not required. Pool and beach towels are provided at Caliza Pool and at the beach. Homes with private pools will find pool towels conveniently located near the door closest to the pool.
