Having grown up in Atlanta, choosing to attend the University of Georgia was an easy decision for Ben. After receiving a business and marketing degree from UGA’s Terry College of Business School, he pursued his dream of big wave surfing with a move to Hawaii. It was there that he worked for Discovery Land Company’s premier private community, Kukio, which is home to some of Hawaii’s finest luxury real estate.

Like so many, Ben grew up vacationing along 30A and will be the first to tell you that some of his best memories were made along this stretch of coast. He considers it a great honor to take part in seeing others come alive to all that Alys Beach has to offer.

Tom is a licensed real estate broker for the state of Florida, a member of the Florida Association of Realtors, the National Association of Realtors, and currently serves on the Board of Directors for Regional Utility Company of Walton County, Florida.

Although Tom has worked in the real estate management arena for almost three decades, his most recent endeavors were with the St. Joe Company out of Jacksonville, Florida. He served as the Vice President of Sales for their West Florida division, responsible for the residential sales operation in Walton, Bay and Gulf counties, including the planned communities of WaterColor, WaterSound Beach and WindMark Beach.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration, with a concentration in finance and insurance, from the University of Arkansas. He has received further training in his field from the Master Sales Institute, ACES Academy, and Graduate Real Estate Institute. In addition, Dodson has served as a facilitator for “The Customer Program” and “Integrity Selling” with Ron Willingham.

After growing up in the South Okaloosa & South Walton Counties, Robbie left for Tennessee in 1992 for a collegiate football scholarship at Middle Tennessee State University. After receiving a degree in Business Administration & Finance, Robbie worked in the software and banking industry, living and traveling in various locations throughout the country. Robbie and his son, Will, returned to the Emerald Coast in 2003 to continue his banking career as a construction loan officer. “Being a native of this area,” says Roberts, “truly makes me appreciate the transformation of developments along our world-class coastline. Alys Beach is the most unique development on the Emerald Coast as well as the state of Florida. I am endeared to have the opportunity to be part of globally recognized work of art such as Alys Beach.”
