Alys Beach resident and talented interior designer, Shirlene Brooks (www.reviewdesign.net), was recently awarded the 2010 Atlanta Decorative Arts Center (ADAC) Southern Designer of the Year Award in the sub-category of best bedroom.
This esteemed competition is open to interior designers, interior design firms and architects from Alabama, Florida, Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Mississippi, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Virginia. The contest is judged by a panel comprised of industry and educational professionals as well as editors from Veranda magazine.
