A beautifully conditioned pavilion built for the moments that bring owners and guests together. The Silva, Latin for “woods,” is a vibrant sanctuary; a gathering place where the town of Alys Beach transitions into the natural forest environment. Designed by Hart Howerton with the vision and principles of Phase 4 in mind, The Silva ties seamlessly into its natural setting, completing the connection between the beach and the longleaf pine forest and wetlands of the Nature Preserve.
