Comprised of The Summerhouse, a conditioned event pavilion and event lawn, with a restaurant and bar, and a beautiful, meandering pool, The Silva is designed to complement Phase 4, a neighborhood where the homes are woven around the wetland park and alongside the 20-acre Nature Preserve.
An open-air restaurant and bar anchor The Silva’s pool deck and amenity space, creating a relaxed yet elevated setting for outdoor dining and community gatherings. The Silva offers creative dining options with a Southern-inspired menu, all within an environment where good food, good company, and the natural world converge.
