    Camp Jane

    The Spirit of Play

Camp Jane is named for Jane Comer, daughter of Elton B. and Alys Stephens — a woman for whom wonder is a way of life. Playful, curious, and endlessly generous of spirit, Jane has spent her life lifting the people around her through the power of the arts, fostering space where creativity thrives and children belong.

Camp Jane exists to carry that forward: a place of play and discovery, enrichment and exploration, joy and connection. The very spirit of Jane — The Spirit of Play.

    Vacation Exploration

Each day at Camp Jane is centered around exploration, allowing children to make the most of their vacation experience through creative projects, nature-based discovery, and outdoor play. Campers will move throughout Alys Beach, engaging with its paths, green spaces, and coastal setting in a way that encourages imagination and friendship.

This is not a traditional camp, but an extension of the Alys Beach experience as our young guests make memories and build friendships with children from near and far, all while exploring the beauty of nature here along the Gulf Coast.

    Memories for a Lifetime

The Silva, Latin for “woods,”will serve as a base for Camp Jane. The newest addition to the town’s collection of luxury amenities, The Silva is a vibrant sanctuary where the town of Alys Beach transitions into the natural forest environment.

Comprised of The Summerhouse—a conditioned pavilion—event lawn, and pool, The Silva is designed to complement Phase 4, a neighborhood where homes are woven around the wetland park and alongside the 20-acre Nature Preserve. Sessions will be offered daily, each with themes designed for playful exploration of our piece of the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast environment.
